Open My Orders →What file do I upload?
Upload the original ECU or TCU read directly from your programming tool. We support most common tuning-tool file formats, encrypted/slave files and ZIP archives. If your file isn't recognised, ZIP it and upload the archive.
How long does a file take?
Most straightforward files are completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Complex or custom calibration work may take longer, and we'll keep you updated through your order.
Where do I find my finished file?
In My Orders. When the status reads File Ready, open the order and use the download button.
Can I ask for a revision?
Yes. Message us inside the order and we will upload a new revision — previous versions stay available.
Is my file private?
Yes. Uploads are stored privately and only you and Strikez Software can open them.
